Welcome to Jamnative Co. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for guests booking and participating in our cultural tours across Trelawny, Jamaica. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:
 

🗓️ Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our online platform or directly with a Jamnative Co. representative.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Payment is processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal).
     

🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless due to severe weather or emergencies.

  • If Jamnative Co. must cancel a tour (e.g., weather, safety concerns), a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
     

🧍🏽‍♀️ Participation & Safety

  • Guests should be in reasonable physical health to walk and participate in light outdoor activities.

  • Participation is at your own risk. Jamnative Co. is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or property damage during the tour.

  • Please inform us ahead of time if you have any medical conditions or mobility concerns.
     

🕓 Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive at the designated meeting spot 15 minutes before the tour start time.

  • We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, the tour may begin without late guests and refunds will not be issued.
     

🍴 Food & Allergies

  • Local snacks may be included (e.g., patties, fruit).

  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

  • Jamnative Co. is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

📸 Photos & Social Media

  • We may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the tour begins.
     

🌧️ Weather & Conditions

  • Tours operate rain or shine. Light rain is part of the experience!

  • In case of severe weather (e.g., flooding, storms), we may reschedule or offer a refund.
